Abstract

This article contains excerpts of the research. This article describes the main obstacles faced by leaders and representatives of personnel reserve up to 35 years in industrial enterprises of Russia. Structural and organizational characteristics of enterprises are putting pressure on the innovative potential of employees. They cause socio-psychological and personal difficulties hamper the ability to change the innovation economy.
